By accessing or using Big Letters ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Big Letters is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Display text messages in large, readable fonts
- Customize display settings including themes, fonts, and timing
- Save and recall message history
- Use letter-by-letter animation effects
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use as a communication and accessibility tool.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms and conditions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to display offensive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content
- Not use the App in ways that could harm, disable, or impair any person or property
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
5. Content Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for the content you display using Big Letters. We do not monitor, review, or control the messages you create or display. We are not liable for:
- Any messages you create or display
- How others interpret or react to your displayed messages
- Any consequences arising from your use of the App
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of the App
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
7. Communication Effectiveness
Big Letters is a tool to assist with visual communication. We make no guarantees regarding:
- The effectiveness of communication using the App
- The readability of displayed text at any distance
- The suitability of the App for any specific situation
- The success of any communication attempt
You acknowledge that factors such as lighting, distance, screen size, and viewer conditions affect message visibility.
